1. Current Status
As of now, we are not processing orders or shipping any products, as our sarees and blouses are under development. This policy is provided in advance to ensure transparency and build customer confidence for future transactions.
2. Return Policy (For Future Orders)
Once our products are available:
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is:
Damaged in transit
Incorrect (wrong size, style, or color)
Defective (stitching or fabric issues)
The item must be:
Unused and in original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: Returns will not be accepted for slight color variations due to screen differences, or for personalized/custom-stitched blouses.
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. You will be notified via email or SMS.
In some cases, we may offer:
Exchange of the product
Store credit for future use
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), return shipping charges will be borne by us.
For other valid reasons, customers may be responsible for return courier fees.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Post that, cancellations may not be guaranteed if the dispatch process has begun.
